Our dedicated adolescent program is designed for young adolescent males between 14 and 17 years old, providing dedicated support for overcoming addiction, mental illness, or other behavioral health care needs. This program includes partial hospitalization programs as well as residential transitional care.
Our adolescent program focuses not just on mental health care and addiction, but also on the unique stresses that affect adolescent men today, developing practical strategies while balancing school and other needs. Additionally, these programs include life skills, with a trained professional assigned to each individual to develop new skills through mock interviews on navigating difficult questions and maintaining a job, overcoming legal issues, budgeting, and resume-building.
Our young adult addiction and mental health program is designed for men 18-28, and starts later in the day to accommodate work obligations. These programs are designed to empower young men to explore their needs and goals for healing while still tending to professional responsibilities. Each program includes opportunities to work on practical skills, coping strategies, and personal needs to balance sobriety, healing from mental health concerns, and other stresses in daily life.
There are also many options available for these programs, from partial hospitalization programs to intensive outpatient care and general outpatient services, so young men can access the most appropriate level of care for their needs or transition between services and levels of care as they reach new milestones.
Both programs offer clinical opportunities, individual and group sessions, experiential care, and practical life skills, blending proven care with real-world experience. We also champion the role of community in each healing journey, helping young men connect not only to their family and supports at home but also to new relationships within the program. By working with peers to explore personal needs and goals and to overcome challenges, participants help create a culture of healing at every stage of recovery.

Our focus on clinical excellence and long-term, meaningful change drives us to deliver the best possible behavioral health care and addiction recovery support, empowering young men and their families to pursue comprehensive healing and change both within our center and at home.
With age- and gender-specific care, we can focus on the challenges our clients face each day and explore practical strategies and relevant life skills to drive genuine change.
With accredited clinicians and a commitment to excellence, we blend evidence-based treatments with practical life skills and strategies to support overall well-being.
We use small groups and one-on-one care, so we can focus on each client’s unique needs and goals in alcohol and drug rehab, from the challenges they face to finding their most effective approaches to change.
With trauma-informed care and holistic healing opportunities, we focus on not just the immediate effects of addiction on physical, mental, and behavioral health, but also address personal needs, social needs, and provide new experiences to address underlying trauma and its role in the healing journey.
We champion a communal approach to change, with ongoing family therapy, family integration, and communication to facilitate ongoing healing at home with those that matter most.
Located in Florida’s beautiful climate, our accommodations combine comfort and on-site amenities with a therapeutic culture focused on lasting change. Our recovery residences are offered exclusively to clients of our treatment programs – not as a standalone sober living service – so residents can transition smoothly from treatment into supportive, supervised recovery without added stresses or triggers.
We offer effective treatment across multiple levels of care, including:
Our PHP provides full-day, structured clinical care without the need for hospitalization. With individual therapy, group counseling, and skill-building activities, this program is ideal for young men who need stability, structure, and intensive support.
Our IOP allows clients to receive high-quality treatment while maintaining some flexibility for school, work, or family responsibilities. It’s a step-down from PHP but still offers a high level of care, focusing on continued progress and relapse prevention.
Our Outpatient Program (OP) offers flexible, ongoing support for young men who have completed higher levels of care or need less intensive treatment. This program is ideal for those who are ready to build independence while staying connected to a supportive clinical environment.
We can also provide a referral to other levels of care as necessary, such as local detox programs or residential care for stabilization before continuing healing with us.
Admissions begin with an initial call to discuss the program and verify insurance. Once approved, the Admissions Coordinator will schedule a brief client and family pre-assessment, which the Clinical Director reviews. Approved clients either admit directly or are referred for detox/residential stabilization, while we coordinate transfer to Resilience Recovery.
At each phase, clinical services include group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, medical supervision, case management, and academic support services. Our therapy modalities include:
12-Step integration and community meetings
Art therapy
Attachment-based therapy
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)
Intervention
Life skills development
Motivational Interviewing
NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM)

With an on-site satellite school, staffed by a Florida-certified special education teacher, we support ongoing academic success through online virtual learning and enrollment. An individual case manager also helps develop life skills and provides mock-interviewing support, helping clients overcome addiction, address mental health needs, and manage the stresses of their academic and professional careers.
Addiction and mental health disorders affect not just individuals, but entire families. We provide family integration, with a family care coordinator, weekly family groups, and quarterly in-person family weekends, so clients can explore healing alongside loved ones. These programs empower families to work together to overcome challenges, develop new communication strategies, and explore forgiveness for a sustainable, transformed future.
We also offer a range of additional services to support the healing journey. From working with us to referrals to other local opportunities and resources, we are committed to finding the best path forward. These services include:
Healing does not stop at our walls. With family support, dedicated aftercare programs, and alumni support, we support an ongoing healing journey. For adolescents, these programs begin about two months prior to discharge and include both outpatient recommendations and home visits to support healing at home with family members.
In our young adult program, aftercare includes outpatient recommendations, community resources and outreach, recovery residence options, and alumni integration services, so clients can focus on their healing while navigating their personal and professional life in sobriety.
Our staff combines lived experience with clinical excellence. Many of our team members have been through the challenges of addiction and associated mental health disorders, trauma, and the challenges born from these experiences. With practical experience, evidence-based care, and a compassionate team, our wellness community and professionals are here to support with one-on-one care and extensive expertise throughout the healing journey.

Common questions from parents seeking addiction treatment for their adolescent or young adult son in West Palm Beach.
Warning signs include declining grades, isolation from family and friends, mood swings, lying about whereabouts, finding substances or paraphernalia, and continued use despite consequences. If your son’s substance use is affecting school, relationships, or daily functioning, professional help is recommended.
Our clinical team provides confidential assessments to determine whether your son needs treatment and the most appropriate level of care.
Yes, we offer two specialized tracks: our adolescent track for ages 14-17 and our young adult track for ages 18-28. Your son will participate in group therapy and activities with peers in his age-appropriate track.
If your son is turning 18 soon, we commonly help families transition from our adolescent track to our young adult program to ensure continuity of care and age-appropriate peer support throughout his recovery journey.
Resistance to treatment is common among teens and young adults. Our admissions team can provide guidance on motivational techniques and help you navigate this challenging situation. We also offer family consultation to develop strategies for encouraging your son to engage in treatment.
Many young men who initially resist treatment become actively engaged once they experience the supportive, non-judgmental environment we provide.
Absolutely. Family involvement is crucial for successful recovery. We offer regular family therapy sessions, parent education groups, and communication coaching to help rebuild trust and healthy family dynamics.
While we respect your son’s privacy and autonomy, we encourage family participation and will work with you to determine the appropriate level of involvement based on his age and treatment goals.
Our outpatient programs are designed to work around school schedules. IOP sessions are typically held after school hours or in the evening. We can also coordinate with your son’s school to ensure he doesn’t fall behind academically.
Many students find that addressing their substance use issues actually improves their academic performance and school engagement.
We specialize in treating co-occurring disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD, alongside substance use disorders. Our integrated approach addresses both conditions simultaneously for better treatment outcomes.
Many adolescents and young adults struggle with both addiction and mental health challenges, and treating them together is essential for lasting recovery.
Treatment length varies based on your son’s individual needs and progress. Most young men benefit from staying 6-9 months in our program, though some may need longer. We regularly assess progress and adjust the treatment plan accordingly.
Recovery is a process, and we’re committed to providing ongoing support as long as your son needs it to maintain his sobriety and continue growing.
Our team will work directly with your insurance provider to maximize your benefits and explain any out-of-pocket costs.
